We are looking for a Trainee in our GBS FPRA organization supporting the Mobile Networks (MN) finance team. We are operating under CFO organization with a strong focus on long-term competitiveness by systematically pursuing process optimization, standardization, streamlining accountabilities and controls over financial reporting and analysis processes.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work for Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis services. He or she should be a quick learner, self-motivated and demonstrate ownership of the assigned tasks as per defined timelines and schedules.
The individual should be good with Microsoft Office (especially MsExcel).
The individual will be assigned variety of tasks and requests pertaining to financial data and its analysis, managing tools and solutions under the FPRA scope of work.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
- Performs periodical reporting and analysis tasks
- Support month-end closing and time critical activities
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of assigned work
- Understands and contributes to finance processes and logic
- Support standardization, automation initiatives
- Working alongside teams within the business to identify business requirements
Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in data models and reporting packages
- Fluent written and spoken command of English
- Proactive, precise, and quality oriented
- Responsible with time bound execution of work
- Good interpersonal skills
- Open to learning new concepts and techniques
- Experience on tools like SAP, SharePoint will be an advantage
- VBA, SQL, Power BI and other advanced automation tools knowledge will be an advantage
