We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Content & Marketing FP&A finance group . In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Programme Analysis and collaborate with financial and business colleagues to evaluate, budget, and take ownership of the financial discipline for programming and marketing teams in one of our key markets. Your responsibilities will include developing the long-range financial plan, assessing budget changes, managing costs, and providing variance analysis reports to support decision-making. You will also work with stakeholders across the business to drive financial and strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary finance contact for Programming teams.
Drive the financial planning cycle and execute budgets, long-range plans, and estimates.
Collaborate with programming and marketing teams to ensure accurate data transfer into financial systems.
Communicate outlook results, monthly variance analysis, and explanations to the Head of Programming Analysis.
Manage monthly and quarterly closes.
Partner with stakeholders to prepare cash flow forecasts.
Prepare ad hoc analyses, reports, and information requests.
Handle multiple priorities and projects with conflicting deadlines.
Proactively address issues and see projects through to completion.
Occasional overtime may be required during forecasting and budgeting cycles.
Must-have Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience (FP&A preferred).
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with finance and non-finance personnel.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
SAP and Longview experience is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Advantages:
